Ideally, your project proposal includes partners of all three states Thuringia, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. The submitting partners should aim to support the supraregional spirit driving our cluster initiative.

Your project should have a commerical background. The following partner constellations are advised:

• Bench-2-Bench (only transfer-orientated R&D)
• Business-2-Business
• Bench-2-Business
  

The project needs to be linked to the Biotech and Life Science industry. However, the range of topics within the Life Sciences is not limited.

The project should spawn a sustained economic effect (e.g. the project can result in the creation of a start-up or the initiation of joint research projects)

Your project should demonstrate a considerable innovation or product novelty.

The realization of the project is linked to financial support of 5-15 k€, which can be used for project work and material costs dispensed by the cluster management. This funding will catalyse the project and is not awarded to the project partners directly.

The project must be submitted in the form of a short written proposal to characterize topics, objectives and project partners. The proposal-form ensures comparability and objectivity. For download click here.

The cluster management will check your idea for integrity and correctness in close coordination with you.

As evaluating body, the Board evaluates and decides about your proposal. Implementation of the project agenda is carried out by the cluster management office joint cooperation with you and on basis of the agreed objectives.
